What’s in a name?

Having decided to change our name recently – from Quest Business Solutions – we thought long and hard about what our new name should be. Whilst our old name had served its purpose admirably throughout the first 12 years of our business, we felt it just did not reflect what we’re about.

After much deliberation, we eventually chose ‘North Star Solutions’ as our new identity because we felt the image of something used for navigational purposes to be particularly apt.

North Star Solutions (and formally, Quest) was established to provide organisations of all types and sizes with help to steer a course through the ever-increasing issues that face employers. Whether its health & safety, human resources or food and product safety, it’s a fact that employers and businesses face more regulatory and operational requirements than ever before.

Our approach is based on a set of firmly held beliefs:
